All alumni and former staff of the University have been invited to give their views on student accommodation and the Halls of Residence.
The Director of Residential and Hospitality Services, Mr Simon Bray, is keen to gather valuable insight from the alumni of the University Halls of Residence, especially regarding views on student welfare and pastoral services, using an online survey.
"We are asking a range of stakeholders about their experience as part of the Residential Services review, with the view to ensuring our services are fit for purpose, providing value for money and, where appropriate, establishing viable improvements to the support provided.
"I see alumni of the Halls of Residence as very important to this process, because you will have a great insight into what elements of the support provided were invaluable and where there were shortfalls."
Many recent alumni are sharing their experiences on what worked well, and what could be improved. The Halls of Residence continue to be a vital part of personal and professional development for new students and your views will help ensure that they continue to be supportive, nourishing and value for money.
Your membership number can be found on all emails from the Development and Alumni Relations Office.
This survey will close on Monday 6th February.
The views of alumni are essential to us and the University to continue to improve and enrich the lives of current residents. Thank you.
