30-35 Richmond Terrace

Originally a row of spacious town houses, 30-35 Richmond Terrace was a hotel prior before being acquired by the University.

The building underwent a major refurbishment in 2006/07 and it now provides self-catered en-suite accommodation for 92 students. The residence is split across a number of floors, it also has a shared common room. Residents at Richmond Terrace are affiliated with Manor Hall and have use of the facilities there too.
